A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington’s Family Nurse Practitioner program, Funmi is licensed in Texas as both an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and Registered Nurse (RN).

Funmi Oyetola earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas at Arlington. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and an Associate Degree in Nursing from El Paso Community College.
She is licensed in Texas as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and Registered Nurse (RN), and is board-certified as an FNP-C through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She maintains certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Funmi is an active member of the American Nurses Association and the Texas Nurses Association and serves as a Clinical Coach with Baylor Scott & White Health, mentoring nurses and fostering professional development.
